D3

D-3 Foundation is a 501(c)3 private philanthropic foundation established in 2003 in Houston, Texas. 

Resources are directed to the support and development of programs that relieve hunger, provide safe clean drinking water, provide educational opportunities for young people, and develop opportunities for employment and economic advancement in the United States, Africa and South America. 

Historically, D-3 has been privately funded by our founders.  In an effort to increase awareness of its mission and to raise additional resources, D-3, for the first time ever, is soliciting third party contributions.  Your input and contribution are welcome and your feedback is appreciated. 

Administrative costs associated with fundraising, organizational costs, or soft costs, are underwritten by the founders, ensuring that 100 percent of all donor funds go directly to the program(s) designated.
